Create your Autorun CD in a few simple steps!

Step #3: Specify what program or document should be started, when CD is inserted


Next you should tell 1st AutoRun Express which program or document should be started, when CD is inserted. Click the Select button to pick a program or document to start. If you select a file outside the CD files folder, then 1st AutoRun Express will copy that file to your CD files folder.

You may press Test button to open the currently selected program or document.

If the file is selected, then you may press Next to go to the next step.

Step #4: Specify what title and icon should be displayed for your CD in Explorer


If you want to change the default CD icon displayed in Explorer for your autorun CD, then you may press Select... button to pick any other icon from the default Windows icons or pick any icon from other .EXE and .DLL files. If you pick an icon outside of the CD files folder, then 1st AutoRun Express will copy that icon inside the CD folder.

Also you may enter any title for your CD or just keep it empty for default title

If you fill all fields succesfully, then you may press Finish to prepare all required files for autorun CD.

Now you're ready to burn your CD!


If all files are prepared succesfully, then 1st AutoRun Express displays the window shown on the right and ask you to choose an action. You may browse folder with CD files, test autorun CD (it will simulate the insertion of this CD into the computer), return back to the wizard or just exit the program. If you are running Windows XP, then you may select Browse folder with CD files, then select Write files to CD option and burn your autorun CD!Now you are ready to burn your CD! Click to enlarge...
